Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting patients with daily living activities, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care, focusing on the unique needs and preferences of each patient
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support patients with medication management and administration
- CNA license in the state where you are applying
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Dedication to quality patient care and a commitment to excellence
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
