About the Role

GovCIO is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Associate 3 to support change management activities for a federal DoD customer. This hybrid position involves a mix of remote work and occasional on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will coordinate change management processes across the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA), Background Information Systems (BIS), Case Processing, and other background investigation systems. This includes change management support for nine high-value, mission-critical systems providing background investigation processing.

Key Skills

• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience in a federal environment
• 3+ years of development experience in agile development methodology
• 3+ years of change management experience in a federal government position
• Experience with automated workflow management tools (such as ServiceNow)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience interacting with software application program development and management personnel
