We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN for our Travel Nurse position in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team at Henrico Doctors Hospital.

About the Position

">

This 13-week contract will have you working on our Cardiac Stepdown Unit (CSU), where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that all patients receive comprehensive and individualized care.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current BLS and ACLS certifications, as well as experience working in stepdown units. You must also be able to read cardiac monitors and administer narcotics safely.

Work Environment

">

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals. Our unit has a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, ensuring that you will have the support and resources you need to provide excellent care.

The CSU at Henrico Doctors Hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including central lines, PCA pumps, and telemetry monitors. We perform a variety of procedures, including CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, and thoracotomy.
