The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead our project teams in achieving operational priorities, maintaining relationships with owners and stakeholders, and driving financial success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will assume overall accountability for job site safety and quality, managing critical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide direction and supervision of projects, overseeing Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.">
  • Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, OPMs, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.">
  • Establish and execute plans for financial success, including oversight of project reporting requirements.">
  • Direct project reporting requirements, assist with standard operating procedure development, and lead business development pursuits.">
  • Manage preconstruction phase activities, working closely with preconstruction and estimating teams.">
  • Provide high-level supervision across multiple projects, leading and directing as needed.">
  • Negotiate owner contracts and oversee administration of subcontract development.">
  • Mentor, train, and coach staff to meet/exceed performance standards and attain professional growth.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; master's degree preferred.">
  • 15+ years' experience in the lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.">
  • Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.">
  • Proficient in cost reporting, Microsoft Office, and basic schedule software principles.">
