What You'll Do:

* Deliver Resident-Centered Care: As a Certified Healthcare Associate, you'll be a friendly face providing personalized attention and support to our residents. Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
* Be an Advocate: If you notice any changes in our residents' health or mood, promptly notify the nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions.
* Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of resident progress, tracking their journey and facilitating effective communication between shifts.
* Enrich Lives: Participate in games, chats, and life enrichment activities that bring joy and smiles to our residents' faces.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: We're looking for individuals with a solid educational foundation and a genuine interest in senior care.
* Certifications: Possess an up-to-date certified nursing assistant certification and CPR certification. Having these life-saving certifications is highly beneficial.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You must be an excellent listener and communicator, able to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues.
* Team Player: As a member of our dynamic team, you'll work collaboratively with our nursing staff and other colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure our residents' comfort and safety by being detail-oriented and focused on their needs.

Salary and Benefits:

$42,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
