Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a skilled Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality to its residents and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet residents, families, and visitors with a smile, and manage both internal and external calls, taking and communicating messages effectively.
• Community Information and Support: Offer an overview of community information to those inquiring, supporting marketing and sales efforts.
• Resident Services: Assist with resident services such as transportation, mail, and deliveries, and coordinate visitors to ensure a seamless experience.

• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, providing exceptional service to diverse groups.
• Clerical and Administrative Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft suite, desktop publishing software, and internet applications.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
