About the Role

PIMCO is a global leader in active fixed income, with a deep expertise across public and private markets. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients, and we're seeking a skilled Client Service Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Properly document all aspects of the new account opening process, including pre-filling new account custodial paperwork and investment management agreements.
  • Take initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.
  • Orchestrate team efforts in development, documentation, and maintenance of firm processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams within the firm to resolve and follow up on client requests and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Client Service arena, preferably within financial services.
  • High degree of accuracy, detail orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple parties, work independently, balance multiple deadlines, and remain detail oriented and well organized.
