Job Summary

Grupo Eulen is seeking a skilled Wheelchair Agent to join our team. As a key member of our airport operations, you will be responsible for transporting passengers requiring wheelchair service within the terminal and aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport passengers requiring wheelchair service within the terminal and aircraft
  • Read airline tickets, monitors, various domestic and international forms, and airline city codes
  • Transporting passengers to a connecting flight operated by a different carrier
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and airport staff
  • Stand, squat, kneel, and walk 70% or more of the scheduled work time

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 70lbs or more
  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and walk 70% or more of the scheduled work time
  • Ability to maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and stressful environment
