About the Role
Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position will provide administrative support to our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description
This role involves a range of responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing visitor identification and logging systems, maintaining common areas, and ensuring break room and office supply spaces are stocked. You will also be responsible for answering telephones, responding to messages, and arranging repairs for office equipment. Additionally, you will manage expense reports, schedule conference rooms, and assist with various events and functions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or further education, preferably in administrative topics. A minimum of 1-2 years of general administrative experience in a professional environment is required, as well as border Spanish language fluency. You must be highly organized, reliable, and able to interact with customers and professional staff effectively.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary starting at $18 per hour, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 6%. Professional development opportunities are also available, including an annual benefit of $1000.
