**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals* Implement interventions to help patients achieve functional independence and participate in daily activities* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field from an accredited institution* Current and active state license/registration where applicable* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

**Benefits:**
