PETCT Scanner Specialist Position at MUSC Health Charleston

We are seeking a highly skilled PETCT Scanner Specialist to join our team at MUSC Health Charleston, specializing in Radiology/Cardiology.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • As a PETCT Scanner Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality PET/CT scans with Siemens equipment.
  • You will work closely with our medical team to ensure accurate and efficient scan results.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential, including adhering to radiation safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in PETCT scanning is required.
  • Certifications such as BLS, NMTCB(N), ARRT(N), and State License are mandatory.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with Level 1 and Level 2 trauma cases and proficiency with Siemens equipment.
Benefits:
  • A competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
  • A guaranteed 5x8 hour schedule from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with no holidays or on-call requirements.
  • The possibility of working Saturdays twice a month for PETCT scans.
