Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessing, collecting, and documenting data to identify nursing diagnoses. They will establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care and discharge plans while providing accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act.

The Registered Nurse will engage in collaborative relationships with peers and other professional disciplines, applying principles of leadership and assuming responsibility for professional growth and accountability.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional care for our patients and their families. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills, be customer-service oriented, and be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with co-workers and key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Halifax Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Florida
  • Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Certifications as required by individual unit/area
