Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ivinson Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Clinical Expertise: Apply advanced nursing knowledge and skills to provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  • Experience and Skills: 4 years previous RN experience required; must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; completion of telemetry course or demonstration of competency.
