Healthcare Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Healthcare Ambassador to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As a representative of MDVIP, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and personalized healthcare experience.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to move into full-time employment with benefits. As a Healthcare Ambassador, you will be responsible for conducting scripted inbound and outbound telephone campaigns with MDVIP customers and prospects, establishing rapport quickly and providing accurate information. You will also maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all contacts and accurately disposes each contact following the call.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all contacts, and accurately dispositions each contact following the call.
• Perform specific tasks and projects as directed and maintain departmental performance expectations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one year of customer service or volunteer experience that focuses on establishing rapport with others and obtaining relevant data are required. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual ability is highly desirable.
