Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team at Komline-Sanderson. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for tracking the consolidated company's financial performance, analyzing business data to create forecasts, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to track the company's performance
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities for growth
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making, including merger and acquisition evaluations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in business finance or a related field, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights
  • High proficiency in Excel, with expertise in financial modeling techniques and dashboard creation
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and open communication
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
