Job Summary

As a Client Service Attendant at Marriott, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. Your role will involve greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage. You will also be responsible for informing guests about property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
  • Supply guests with directions
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
