Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned territory sales quota by leveraging strong sales acumen and communication skills.
  • Present, communicate, and sell major accounts on the benefits of NAPA Major Account programs, building long-lasting relationships and driving business growth.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to provide feedback, ideas, and field insights, helping to drive program adoption and overall execution.
  • Ensure major accounts are properly set up in RAM, streamlining operations and enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Team on all registrations for major account customers, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Host meetings in assigned territories to provide training to local sales teams on major program adoption and utilization, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and communication to all major accounts in your territory, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of major account programs and options for members, providing expert guidance and support.
