The Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A is responsible for various tasks crucial to the restaurant's operation. - Streamlining Back of House operations to increase efficiency, potentially allowing for quicker service and higher customer turnover, positively impacting sales.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
