We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Laurels of Norworth. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our guests.

With competitive pay ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, you will be part of an organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our valued guests. This role is ideal for individuals who share our commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with empathy and understanding.

About the Role

This position involves supervising the care and services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for our guests. You will be responsible for assessing the health of our guests, notifying physicians of changes in status, and implementing new orders as needed.

  • Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests
  • Conducting thorough assessments of our guests' health and developing effective plans of care
  • Maintaining accurate records of our guests' care and treatment

In addition to your clinical skills and experience, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current LPN licensure in the state
  • Have CPR certification
