Job Description

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, scheduling, and appointments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize communications, scheduling, and appointments for the CEO.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
