Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Promise Early Education Center. As an Ed Tech II or III, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children in our Pre-K classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging and educational activities for children
  • Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a strong partnership in the child's education

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 60 college credits and active DOE Ed Tech Certification (or eligible to receive certification)
  • Experience or education in early childhood education
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in floor activities with children
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
