Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team. As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting our executive-level management team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, preparing meetings independently.
  2. Execute expense management activities independently, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
  3. Assess and advocate for office space needs independently, optimizing productivity and collaboration.
  4. Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, managing logistics with internal partners and external vendors.
  5. Complete travel coordination tasks independently, ensuring seamless execution of business trips.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on core administrative tasks.
  • Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling, and budgeting of events.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Administrative experience in a high-tech environment.
