LPN Medication Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Medication Care Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medication administration and resident care in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide resident care that promotes dignity, respect, and quality of life.
- Promote a culture of safety and wellness within the community.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) credential.
- Ability to maintain certifications in states where required.
- Minimum of six months experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
