PennState Health is seeking a skilled Medical Educator to join our team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $83,000-$110,000 based on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the day-to-day activities of our Graduate Medical Education program. Responsibilities include scheduling, recruitment, coordinating off-service rotations, education progress monitoring, hiring, orientation, and clerical support.

  • The successful candidate will provide direction, leadership, and management of educational activities, working closely with the Physician Program Director, Chief Residents/Fellows, residents/fellows, attending physicians, medical students, and administration.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and at least three years of experience in secretarial or customer service. A passion for healthcare and education is essential for this role.
