Job Summary

This role is part of our Enterprise Services team, responsible for developing scalable services on core technologies. The selected candidate will analyze business requirements and problems to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The individual will be involved in the systems life cycle and may lead a team, design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support technologies that meet deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex system requirements, identifying program interactions and interfaces between components and subsystems.
  • Recommend new code development or reuse of existing code.
  • Lead assigned projects, assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance across cross-functional teams and multiple sites.
  • Recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems, and exploiting opportunities.
  • Participate in system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise, assisting in solving programming problems.
  • Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.
  • Review test results, document test activities, and record remedial actions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training, and experience approved by HR.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Java 8+, REST, SOAP, Microservices, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Strong experience working with Spring, Spring Boot, Solution Architecture, Design Patterns, Integration Frameworks, SQL, NoSQL, JavaScript tools, and technologies.
  • Experience with near/distributed caches and strategies.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering practices, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, coding modularity, prototypes, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with streaming platforms such as Kafka.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with AL, ML, NLP.
  • Experience with Search platforms such as SOLR, ElasticSearch.
  • Experience with Graph DB.
  • Financial services experience.
