About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the Germantown Program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to assigned clients and/or families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a clinical health discipline and have at least two years of verified experience in the mental health field. A valid PA driver's license is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to social learning, social responsibility, non-violence, growth, and change.
  • Support and adhere to our agency's mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct therapeutic goal-directed treatment sessions with clients on a consistent treatment schedule.
  • Serve as a client advocate and maintain clients' rights and confidentiality.

Compensation and Work Environment
