Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Excel at delivering a rewarding customer experience by providing excellent service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform all tasks with the safety of Associates and customers in mind, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Merchandising: Merchandise and replace stock to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Representation: Represent the Wesco Brand to customers and Associates by embracing Wesco's Unifying Principles and Mission Statement.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in extreme cold and heat, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed.
