Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex commercial projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project is meticulously planned, executed, and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Administration: Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure comprehensive administrative oversight and project preparedness.
  • Documentation Management: Complete all project paperwork, including Government, Allied, and Client documentation, and organize client-related paperwork such as drill logs, daily reports, equipment inspection reports, safety, and training documents, billing, etc.
  • Client Reporting and Management: Ensure all projects meet client reporting requirements, including completion logs, safety documentation, CCIP, and insurance documentation.
  • Change Order Management: Draft and execute change orders to accommodate project adjustments.
  • Budget Tracking and Billing: Monitor project budgets and prepare accurate billing statements, ensuring projects are kept in line with budgets.
  • Procurement: Quote and execute purchase orders for project materials, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement.
  • Contract Review: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel out of town as needed to oversee and manage project activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow, enforce, and ensure adherence to all state and federal laws/policies and Allied company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract or project administration.
  • Commercial construction industry experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding contract documents and drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to draft professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and change orders.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
