Behavioral Development Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team at BluHope. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior support plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting
- Implement Behavior Support Plans accurately and as directed by the BCBA
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record clinical data in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to in-service training sessions
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential
- Experience working with toddlers, children, or teens with special needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- 20-35 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs
