• Accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish for our revolving sushi concept
• Ensure food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness are met
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with Kura Sushi standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in food preparation, preferably in a sushi restaurant
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
