Home Health Care Therapist Position

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in National Park, New Jersey. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled physical therapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions to address client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, fostering open communication and teamwork.
- Educate and empower clients and their families to self-manage their care, advocating for their autonomy and dignity.
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions and optimize outcomes.
- A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
