Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia team in Alaska. As a CRNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive group of professionals and handle a diverse range of cases.
Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary of $275K per year, plus additional compensation for extra shifts ranging from $1,450 to $1,600. You will also receive paid call at $400 per shift, plus $150 per hour for call-back with a guaranteed 2-hour minimum. Additionally, you will be eligible for significant bonuses including $50K student loan repayment over 2 years and $25K sign-on and relocation bonus.
About the Role
As an independent CRNA, you will handle a predictable schedule with a Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM workweek, and manage 35-40 cases per day, with fewer cases on weekends. You will enjoy bread-and-butter cases with supervision only for ASA 4, trauma, and pediatric cases.
