Opportunity for a General Surgeon to Join Vohra Wound Physicians

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Surgeon to join our team of wound care specialists at Vohra Wound Physicians. This full-time position offers the ideal opportunity for a surgeon to develop their expertise in wound management and provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work as a member of our mobile practice, visiting facilities in a designated radius of our practice location. They will be responsible for delivering modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.

  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Treat approximately 20-30 patients per day

Clinical documentation will be completed at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound-specific electronic medical record (EMR).

Benefits and Compensation

Vohra Wound Physicians offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Average annual salary of $300,000 plus benefits for full-time physicians

This is a W2 employment contract, and we do not sponsor work visas. The successful candidate must have an active, unrestricted medical license in the state they wish to practice.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Hold an active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state they wish to practice
  • Have a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
