About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill this critical position. As a Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Direct: Oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Service, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Clinical Expertise: Possess strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate Degree: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of continuous and sustained demonstrated professional nursing practice, with a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience.

- Competitive Salary**: $83,137 - $127,648 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
