Job Summary:

South Central Health System is seeking an experienced Oncology Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Epic team, you will be responsible for providing primary support and guidance to end-users of our oncology applications within the electronic health record. This role requires a strong understanding of Epic software and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary support and guidance to end-users of our oncology applications
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Epic software
Collaborate with Epic staff to ensure seamless integration with other clinical applications and information systems
Develop and implement requested changes to the system
Serve as a liaison between end-users and Epic staff to ensure the system meets business needs

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience
Ability to attain assigned Epic (Wisconsin) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
