The ideal candidate will manage the Department to provide cost-effective services to various Department Managers, Project Managers, staff, and other employees, ensuring an adequate profit for the Company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating large-scale projects, such as warehousing complexes, sporting arenas, residential developments, and mixed-use establishments.
  • Managing multiple projects and workloads with competing deadlines.
  • Ensuring quality control and regulatory agency permitting.
  • Financial management, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable.
  • Project scheduling and mentoring/training staff.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading, and other site development-related designs.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D.
  • Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
