Woodgrain, a leading distributor of wood products, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join its team in Lawrenceville, GA.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing an HR team. A Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000, plus an annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR systems that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the division.
  • Rely on data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and create actionable reports.
  • Align HR activities with the team member life cycle program, including recruitment, development, and retention.
  • Partner with division management to anticipate and plan for future growth.
  • Lead and direct investigations, progressive discipline, and team member relations to ensure fair treatment and respect.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with broad-based HR initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years managing an HR Team.
  • Working knowledge of employment, labor laws, and wage and hour regulations at federal and multi-state levels.
