About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Stringed Instrument Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, as well as maintaining store-owned gear. The ideal candidate will have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and craftsmanship.
  • Maintain store-owned equipment, as requested by management.
  • Complete warranty repair work in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A strong foundation in guitar repair, including knowledge of various techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00/hr - $24.00/hr, plus commission, depending on background and experience.
