Behavioral Consultant for K-12 Students

At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experts in providing behavioral support services to students with challenging behaviors.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $42+/hour paid weekly and provides an excellent opportunity for professionals to work with students in a dynamic school environment.
The BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing RBT supervision, and offering support to students with behavioral challenges to promote their academic and social success.
This role requires previous experience working with students with disabilities and challenging behaviors in a school setting. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology and hold a valid BCBA certification from the BACB.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct assessments and provide RBT supervision as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate behavioral support services
This is a 37.5 hour per week position with a duration of contract through July 27, 2025. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a matching 401(k) plan, extensive medical coverage, stipends, and professional development reimbursement.
