Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and helpful attitude, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting them and observing their needs.
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, using knowledge of the store's products and services to solve their issues.
  • Work with the HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, including recruiting and training.
  • Support the training needs of the sales force and be an advocate for continuous learning.
  • Deliver on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs.
Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly.
