About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman Installer to lead our installation teams. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level and join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading successful projects and possess advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and energy efficiency practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to meet or exceed project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and addressing any technical challenges that arise.
- Conduct site evaluations and project feasibility studies, recommending the most effective HVAC solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members, ensuring expectations are aligned and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.
- Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and energy efficiency practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, direct, and support a high-performing installation team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, focusing on innovative and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for career growth and development.
