We are seeking a skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our team in Worcester, MA.
About the OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Child Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and participate in team-based care in our outpatient Youth and Family Services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment and passion for community child and adolescent psychiatry.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Participating in team-based care with multidisciplinary teams
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Licenses to practice medicine in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and cost of living in Worcester, MA. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
