As a Respite Provider, you will play a vital role in giving parents or primary caregivers a break from the daily responsibilities of caring for a child or adult with a disability.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving others, have excellent communication skills, and can set their own schedule. As a Respite Provider, you will provide a safe and nurturing home-based environment for individuals with disabilities, while their parents or guardians are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide all necessary care to individuals with disabilities in a home-based setting
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Set own schedule based on client needs and availability
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
