Compensation and Benefits:
As an Optometrist with Delta Companies, you will enjoy a guaranteed salary of $195,000, with the potential for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additionally, you will receive relocation assistance, including car transport, as well as health benefits and retirement with a 7% match. You will also have access to 9 weeks of paid time off.

Responsibilities and Facility Details:
This is a full-time, on-site optometry position with the Indian Health Services. The workweek is 4 days, with 10-hour days, and you can expect to see approximately 12 patients per day. There are no weekend or call responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree. If you are a motivated and skilled optometrist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
