Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Solutions Strategist to join its team. As a Solutions Strategist, you will work closely with salespeople to develop and execute strategies that position Braze as the preferred choice for potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS MarTech landscape and a proven track record of helping sales teams win competitive deals. You will be responsible for taking these strategies and upleveling them for scalability across the field but also allowing Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Pricing to leverage these insights in their programs.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough research and analysis of competitors' products, pricing, and go-to-market strategies; collaborating with sales representatives on high-stakes deals, providing strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and tailored messaging to enhance our value proposition; developing and delivering training sessions, playbooks, and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively compete in the market; analyzing past deals to understand why we win or lose against competitors; working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on competitive positioning and gather insights that can be leveraged in sales strategies; staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to anticipate competitive moves and adjust strategies accordingly; and engaging with customers and prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with an MBA, and 5+ years of experience in a competitive intelligence, sales strategy, sales engineering, product, or similar role within the B2B SaaS industry are required.

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs), so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company. Our salary range for this position is $160,000 - $176,000/year, with an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $200,000 and $220,000/year (including bonus or commission).
