Salary
The estimated base salary range for this role is $84,900 - $106,100 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position also includes eligibility for bonus and equity plans, as well as a competitive benefits package.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing liquidity and capital needs to support the growth of our business. You will work closely with the head of Capital Markets to develop and implement strategies for securing new financing arrangements and managing existing relationships with lenders and investors. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing debt facility management and reporting
  • Supporting new partnership and deal analysis
  • Relationship management with third-party capital providers

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, structured finance, or banking
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and data set analysis skills
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouses is a plus
