We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Administrative Assistant II. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Office of Graduate Admissions, including tasks such as opening mail, processing documents, and answering phones and emails. You will also have opportunities to engage in admissions practices, greet visitors, moderate webinars, and assist with events. If you have a strong interest in international affairs and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

This role requires some applicable educational, technical, or professional experience, which can be obtained through coursework or previous employment. Additionally, a strong interest in international affairs is necessary to excel in this position. The estimated salary for this position is $17.80 per hour. Work hours will be during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), as well as after standard business hours (Monday-Friday, after 5pm). A background check is required for this position due to the handling of sensitive information.
