Job Title: Part-Time Casual Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time casual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screening, diagnostic assessments, and interventions to identify students with speech and language disabilities.
  • Implement rules and regulations in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, manage, and progress monitor Individualized Educational Programs for students with communication disorders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with educational team members and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the Hamilton County Educational Service Center.
  • Participate in professional development to stay current in evidence-based practices, maintain licensure, and improve job performance.
  • Provide information and/or consultation to parents and school staff about communication development and provide effective intervention strategies for prevention and remediation of speech and language disorders related to the curriculum.
  • Manage workload as needed for each unique assignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related area from an accredited college or institution.
  • Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Certification/Licensure/Registration in speech-language pathology and an Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board License.
  • Ability to travel to various locations on a daily basis.
