Airport Shuttle Driver

The Parking Spot is seeking an experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role involves driving customers safely between our parking facilities and the airport terminals. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customers between our parking facilities and airport terminals in a safe and courteous manner
• Greet each customer with a smile and offer assistance with their luggage
• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions or concerns they may have
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals, providing helpful information to customers
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver the best possible service

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school education or equivalent required
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
• Clean driving record essential
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
