We are seeking a skilled Lead Service Associate to join our team at Rite Aid. As a Lead Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supervising store associates, assisting with daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Job:
* Supervise and support store associates with their tasks and responsibilities
* Assist customers with their shopping needs and transactions, ensuring a positive experience
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
* Conduct regular inventory checks and perform receiving and stocking procedures efficiently
* Ensure accurate cash handling and reconcile cash register drawers
* Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize workflow
